High beam assist automatically activates and deactivates the high beams only when needed, judging the situation ahead of the driver moment to moment.

Drivers who upgrade to the ID.4 Max models get Side and Travel Assist technology alongside the other driver-assist features. These two features are more advanced versions of traditional lane-keeping systems. Together with IQ Drive’s semi-autonomous control mode, this technology takes nearly all the stress out of driving.
